This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of InvokeFlow software licenses — for InvokeFlow Aria, Composer, and Conductor — made through our payment processor, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle").

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a license has been activated.

We encourage you to review the documentation, the feature details on each product page, and pricing before purchasing to ensure InvokeFlow meets your needs.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all InvokeFlow transactions. Paddle handles billing, invoicing, payment processing, and sales tax/VAT compliance on behalf of InvokeFlow Inc.

By purchasing an InvokeFlow license, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Billing Inquiries and Payment Disputes

For billing inquiries, payment disputes, or issues with charges:

Paddle billing support — Contact Paddle directly through the receipt or invoice you received at the time of purchase.

Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights that apply in your jurisdiction and cannot be waived by contract. If local consumer protection laws entitle you to a refund under certain conditions, those rights remain in effect.
